About ME
One thing you should know about me, is when I have made up my mind to do something, it’s as good as done.
That belief—she believed she could, so she did—has carried me through every season of life: the victories, the heartbreaks, and the challenges that looked impossible from the outside. It’s that exact same energy I bring to my coaching—focused, fearless, and all-in for your transformation.
You aren't broken.
Choosing Joy
My own reinvention began when I broke old patterns of self-abandonment. It wasn’t instant—it took therapy, time, and lived experience—but that choice became the foundation for the joy, freedom, and possibility I live today. I successfully navigated debt following divorce, transforming what might have derailed me into a plan I attacked with unwavering focus until it was gone. I raised my son through school challenges, ADHD and emotional struggles—walking beside him through years of frustration and growth. I moved across the country more than once, lived abroad in my younger years, bought and renovated homes, and kept reinventing my life when most people might have given up.
Finance to Fulfillment
In my 40s, I launched an entirely new career in financial advising—an intimidating leap for anyone, let alone a single parent starting over. It wasn’t impulsive; it was the result of years of careful planning and the courage to take on a path I knew would test and grow me. That chapter sharpened my business and financial acumen and proved what discipline, mindset, and vision can achieve. But over time, I realized something deeper: money alone doesn’t create fulfillment. Wealth is just one pillar of a joyful, balanced life. What truly transforms you isn’t a portfolio—it’s clarity, courage, and belief in yourself.
The Turning Point
Over time, I’ve learned one of my greatest strengths is helping people uncover blind spots—seeing what’s beneath the surface, reframing challenges, and pointing to solutions they didn’t even know to look for. That clarity is often the turning point where everything begins to shift. For years, I ignored my own heart. I followed the “shoulds” until my heart had to scream at me. But once I started listening, everything shifted—new chapters opened, opportunities appeared, and I finally stepped into alignment with who I truly am. That turning point also made it clear that coaching is my true calling—the culmination of everything I’ve lived, learned, and overcome.
Why I Coach
Now in my 50s, I bring all of that lived experience—resilience, perspective, and relentless belief in possibility—into my coaching. I’ve seen firsthand that clarity changes everything. When you uncover the beliefs holding you back, when you see the blind spots you couldn’t see before, and when you have someone in your corner who believes in you until you believe in yourself—everything shifts.
That’s why I coach. Because I believe in you. I believe in your vision, your strength, and your ability to become the best version of yourself. My role is to guide you with clarity, strengthen your mindset with courage, and celebrate every step as you turn intention into transformation.
